Normally closed diaphragm solenoid valve with Ø 10 mm brazing connections, for ice machines.
On the part: brass body with two aligned copper connections for brazing, a steel armature tube with a black O-ring and ring nut, a zinc-plated bracket with two slots under the body and a threaded pressure port on the side.
CASTEL code 1068/M10.
Before ordering, check:
- Compare the 1068/M10 marking with the fitted valve and measure the connections: here Ø 10 mm for brazing.
- The valve is normally closed, diaphragm type: with the coil unpowered it stays shut, so it does not replace a normally open one.
- Check that the coil you already have fits the armature tube and has the same voltage.
