Single-phase control thermostat 80 to 190 °C with a short capillary, for professional electric fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with a steel mounting plate, black terminal block with spade terminals, D-shaped shaft 6 × 4.6 mm, 600 mm capillary and a pencil bulb Ø 6 × 75 mm. No readable marking on the part.
EGO code 55.19039.822.
Before ordering, check:
- The 80-190 °C range and the D-shaped 6 × 4.6 mm shaft, which must fit the knob.
- The Ø 6 × 75 mm bulb and the short 600 mm capillary: if on your fryer the bulb sits far from the thermostat it will not reach.
- Contacts rated 16 A 250 V, two contacts, single-phase.
- Fits BERTO'S electric fryers of the E6F, E9F and ELT series: the model list is in the table.
