Single-phase control thermostat 100 to 190 °C with a sheathed capillary and a gland fitting, for professional fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with a steel mounting plate, black terminal block with spade terminals, D-shaped shaft 6 × 4.6 mm, 1750 mm capillary covered by a grey sheath with an M9 × 1 gland fitting and a pencil bulb Ø 6 × 133 mm. No readable marking on the part.
EGO code 55.19035.800.
Before ordering, check:
- The 100-190 °C range and the D-shaped 6 × 4.6 mm shaft, which must fit the knob.
- The Ø 6 × 133 mm bulb and the 1750 mm capillary in a sheath: the bulb must reach its seat.
- The M9 × 1 gland fitting secures the capillary to the tank wall: the machine must have that threaded hole.
- Contacts rated 16 A 250 V, single-phase.
- Fits DESCO, GIGA, MODULINE, STAR 10 and WHIRLPOOL fryers: the model list is in the table.
