Twin-bulb thermostat with a 230 °C maximum setting, for professional electric and gas fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with a steel plate and a terminal block with spade terminals, control shaft with an angle bracket, two steel pencil bulbs on separate capillaries, one longer than the other. No readable marking on the part.

Before ordering, check:
- The maximum setting is 230 °C.
- It has two bulbs: both must fit in the tank seats, as on the fitted thermostat.
