A help for our customers: paying in instalments

A breakdown always comes at the wrong time, and a large expense can be hard to bear. That is why we want to help you:

• paying with PayPal you can split the amount into 3 interest-free instalments (a PayPal service, for purchases up to 3,000 euros, subject to their approval);
• if the instalment plan is not granted, contact us: you can pay 60% on order and the rest in 3 monthly interest-free instalments by bank transfer, directly to us. The part ships as soon as we receive the 60%.

It is not a loan and there are no financial checks: it really is a private agreement between you and us, with no interest and no extra cost.

On the part: square plate in thick steel with a smooth top and two grooves crossing at the centre, which separate the four cooking zones and let the metal expand. The edge is cleanly cut. No marking is readable on the part.

• The top dimensions, to be taken on the range, and the position of the crossed grooves.
• ⚠️⚠️ This is the heaviest item in our range: a steel plate about 700 mm square and 15 mm thick weighs around 55 kg and ships on a pallet.

When to replace it: if the surface is scored, bowed or cracked, if the heat is no longer even, or if the plate has warped and no longer seats.
