Measurements to compare with your worn burrs: outer diameter 83 mm · inner diameter 49 mm · thickness 9 mm · 3 fixing holes · right-hand (DX) rotation.
On FIORENZATO F6, non on-demand versions only.
When to replace them: if the coffee flows unevenly, the grind setting does not hold, or the grinder heats up and slows down, the burrs are worn.
