PEL 23S/O gas tap with pilot flame outlet and bypass, for professional gas boiling pans, pasta cookers and bratt pans.
On the part: brass body marked MOD BREV, D-shaped shaft, threaded inlet and outlet fittings, side outlet for the pilot flame and adjusting screws.
