Mertik Maxitrol thermostatic gas valve with a 110-190 °C range, piezo ignition, capillary and bulb, for professional gas fryers.
On the part: The label reads MERTIK MAXITROL GV31T-C4AYE1K0-004, Sensor Temp. Range 110-190 °C, Pmax 5 kPa, Press. Range 0.5-4 kPa Class C, Made in Germany; aluminium body with a black 1-7 graduated knob, ignition button, ignition lead with terminal, capillary with a brass gland fitting and a Ø 5 × 160 mm bulb.
