Single-phase control thermostat 55 to 195 °C with a long capillary, for professional fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with a steel mounting plate, terminal block with spade terminals, D-shaped shaft 6 × 4.6 mm, 1500 mm capillary and a thin pencil bulb Ø 4 × 90 mm. No readable marking on the part.
EGO code 55.19034.809.
Before ordering, check:
- The 55-195 °C range and the D-shaped 6 × 4.6 mm shaft, which must fit the knob.
- The Ø 4 × 90 mm bulb and the 1500 mm capillary, with no sheath and no gland: the bulb must reach its seat.
- Two contacts, single-phase.
- Also replaces code EGO 55.19034.060.
- Fits KOMEL fryers (KST, KGWT and KGWDT series) and ELFRAMO: the model list is in the table.
