Single-phase control thermostat 60 to 200 °C for professional fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with steel mounting plate, black terminal block with spade terminals, D-shaped shaft 6 × 4.6 mm, 870 mm capillary with M9 × 1 gland fitting with hex nut and pencil bulb Ø 6 × 77 mm. No readable marking on the part.

Before ordering, check:
- The 60-200 °C range and the D-shaped 6 × 4.6 mm shaft, which must fit the fryer's knob.
- The Ø 6 × 77 mm bulb and the 870 mm capillary: the bulb must reach its seat in the tank.
- The M9 × 1 gland fitting secures the capillary to the tank wall: the fryer must have that threaded hole.
