Single-phase control thermostat 60 to 190 °C for professional fryers.
On the part: Light ceramic body with steel mounting plate, black terminal block with spade terminals, D-shaped shaft 6 × 4.6 mm, 870 mm capillary and pencil bulb Ø 6 × 77 mm. No readable marking on the part.
EGO code 55.13032.400.
Before ordering, check:
- The 60-190 °C range and the D-shaped 6 × 4.6 mm shaft, which must fit the fryer's knob.
- The Ø 6 × 77 mm bulb and the 870 mm capillary: the bulb must reach its seat in the tank.
- Contacts are rated 16 A 230 V, single-phase.
- Same body and same shaft as the 55.13032.450 (68-200 °C, 72 mm bulb, 900 mm capillary): if the fryer works up to 190 °C, this range covers it all.
