On the part: Blue board with a black potted transformer marked PREM AT337, three relays in grey cases, a blue VISHAY capacitor, a white nine-pin connector, a black ten-pin one, a twelve-screw terminal block along one side and two pin headers silkscreened MOTOR and I/O. The SERIAL NO. box is empty and the maker's silkscreen cannot be read: it is not stated.
