710 Minisit gas thermostat valve for fryers for professional ranges, hobs, ovens and fryers.
On the part: Aluminium body with a beige cover, black 1-8 knob with flame symbol, black button with a red star, two pressure test points, a long capillary with bulb and the thermocouple capillary. The rating plate is not in shot: no code was read.
Before ordering, check:
- The 50÷190 °C range, which is the fryer figure: we also sell the same 710 Minisit set to 100÷340 °C for the oven, and the two look alike.
- The capillary length.
- ⚠️ It is given as fitting Alpeninox, Electrolux Professional and Zanussi machines.
