710 Minisit gas thermostat valve for ovens for professional ranges, hobs, ovens and fryers.

On the part: Aluminium body with a long beige cover, black 1-8 knob with flame symbol, two buttons (one with a red star, one with a blue dot), two pressure test points and a long capillary with bulb. The rating plate is not in shot: no code was read.

Before ordering, check:

• The 100÷340 °C range, which is the oven figure: we also sell the same 710 Minisit set to 50÷190 °C for the fryer, and the two look alike.
• The capillary length and the number of buttons.
