This is the gasket kit for the TECHNOGEL Mantegel 50, Mixgel 50 and Professional 50 batch freezers. It contains the seals that wear out first: when the machine leaks or won't hold, it is almost always one of these.
The seals are replaced all together. Refitting an old one next to a new one means opening the machine again in a month.
